Inviso Property Consultants Ltd was founded in 2020 to provide bespoke, strategic and pragmatic building surveying advice to investors, occupiers and developers.

Bringing together 26 years’ experience in business with 19 years in commercial real estate, we specialise in dilapidations, landlord and tenant matters, technical due diligence surveys, building defects, party wall matters, and the refurbishment of buildings.  Our experience spans all commercial property sectors and building types, gained over many years working at various niche building surveying practices and more recently at large corporate multi-disciplinary property consultancies.

We take great pride in enabling our clients to make significant commercial decisions by helping them to identify, understand and limit the potential risks when acquiring or leasing property, and by helping landlords and tenants to deal with complex dilapidations matters, avoiding or resolving unnecessary disputes.

We have significant experience negotiating successful dilapidations settlements for both landlords and tenants.
